"I have been very happy with my experience thus far. I am a new patient who left my long-time Kalamazoo dentist because he no longer is in network for my Medicare plan. Also, I had moved 50 miles west. It was time to find someone new. I feel I lucked out. It is not easy to find an in network place which is great. Dr. Flewelling uses very modern equipment that takes a great deal of pain away from crown work. Only one tooth was numbed. A crown was created through modern imaging. No guesswork. Dr. Flewelling is personable and knowledgeable. Minu Johnson works alongside him as an Enhanced Function Dental Assistant. She has years of experience and is also very personable and knowledgeable. The staff greets you warmly. The place is spotless. Parking is easy, and it's just a short distance from the highway."

"I was 7 minutes late and they canceled my appointment saying I was 12 minutes late. You want to know why I was late? I was on the phone with someone dear to me having our last conversation as they are dying from cancer. Snotty receptionist way back when I made my appointment a month ago. I should have known better than to come here based on her attitude alone."
