"I went to the urgent care here and it was fantastic! I got right in. The staff was extremely kind. The provider that I worked with was very knowledgeable. She was patient and explained what my next steps should be in detail. She did this all with a smile and a caring attitude. If I need urgent care services again I will be sure to go here ."

"My friend went here today and the receptionist gave her attitude making her feel unwelcome, we have both been receptionists and understand the stress, but my friend was sick and doesn’t deserve the disrespect. She also believes she heard the receptionist break HIPPA as she said a patients name very loudly over the phone (which she could hear across the other side of the waiting room), and discussed their lab values for their condition (she could hear everything but I won’t go into details for respect). She said the doctors/nurses were wonderful though."

"If you are interested in being judged for your visit or your lack of knowledge regarding urgent care I would highly recommend being seen here. This location is also perfect for overhearing personal life gossip from the men AND women working the front desk. I love getting to know the people in charge of my medical care are more concerned about what color mugs they need to buy in bulk and how their marriages are not doing well."

And the office staff is always so pleasant!"

"I’m absolutely horrified by this place I came in for lab work and I had two incompetent people drawing my blood. I should have only been poked one time and if they cannot find a vein they should have stopped and had me come back another time. But instead I came out with no labs test and three painful pokes from two different people “working” on me. They even said they needed to get help because they didn’t know what they were doing.
