Beaumont Endocrine Center - St. Clair Shores

"This is the worst Endocrine center I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of diabetes care. As others have stated in their reviews this office doesn't answer the phone or return calls. They have a lot of office equipment "malfunction". Office staff is rude when you are able to actually talk to a live person. Maybe this is why there aren't more Dr's working in this office."

"They have this lovely habit of messing up your appointments, not answering their phone, not calling back, and then acting completely shocked when you bring it up, very laissez-faire and dismissive attitude. Doctors are always sick or on leave as well. Steer completely clear of this waste of time. No help, no care, no point to their “services”. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE"

"READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! a professional doctors office should not have so many poor reviews, I think people would all give them a zero if it was possible. I have had very bad experiences trying to find a doctor over the past year to help me with my current situation. I called to hopefully re locate to this location but it's a weekday at 10am and already no one is answering the phone to schedule an appointment, already a bad sign of being unprofessional. I need a doctors office that makes my already very awful health situation a little less awful but caring about how I feel when I walk out the door, I am always treated like an assembly line everywhere I go. My poor health is the results of terrible doctors there is no reason why my medication should be out of wack for over a year..my depression, tiredness, agitation, quality of life depends on professionals to help me & it seems like I have to be my own doctors. A good doctors office would start by answering a call on a weekday at 10am its not lunch time, on to the next doctor with hopes one day I will find one who hears me, & listens to me. I am too young to feel so down. Hopefully is office will go out of business & be replaced by new young doctors who are ear to be good doctors. I hate to be so dramatic but if you have thyroid issues are hypo/hyper you now how agitated one can get."
