"I am also having a difficult time getting phone calls back. I am a teacher, so trying to take care of scheduling a procedure when I have unexpected snow days. I called the office 3 times last week because of referral issues, and asked if they would please call me back once everything was correct and loaded into the system. They did not call. When I tried to schedule again today, I was told about a pre-history form that was also required (I would have thought I would have been told about it on the prior 3 contacts). The gentleman told me I could call back 5 minutes after I emailed it. I gave them an hour and called back and still couldn't make appointment. He then told me he would call me back because of the inconvenience. No call back. I just called the office and it was closed. It doesn't seem like it should be this difficult :("

"Called 4 times over a 2 weeks span to schedule a scope. No one called me back just had to wait to get lucky and get someone instead of getting sent you voicemail (left messages too without a call back for 2 weeks!!) They found a hernia pushing my stomach into my diaphragm. I called with questions for the doctor. Front desk took my questions down. 3 days later the doctors assistant called me back with only one answer out of the 3 questions. THAN they told me they sent a prescription over for my hernia. My pharmacy said they never got it. Called the office again so they could resend it. Front desk told me they had to check with the medical board if they can resend it. That was 3 days. Of course I haven’t heard anything back!! Very poor communication!"

"The front office assistant I had to interact with was amazing with a beautiful personality. The young lady who called me to the back had a pleasant attitude, very informative and showed concern about my well-being. Dr. Patel, is very observant and who is the one who discovered I may need to see a Endocrinologist which turned out I had several nodules in my neck, he followed up with that even though it's not his specialty and that made me feel as though he really cared about health issues concerning me. He gave me several options on a certain thing and was very pleasant and also thanked me for coming in earlier (my appt was originally at 4:40 but they asked if I would be willing to come in at 2pm and he thanked me for that) not many doctor's do. The people I had to encounter with was amazing, polite, caring and I appreciate it. You have an awesome team of people from the one's I encountered with. Thanks everyone of you!"
