"Would not give one star. We have been going there for years and our doctor has been nothing but rude it’s like whatever you say she makes you fell bad. Today she give me this think to fill out about mental health and all she did was say rude things about it we are finding another doctors office not go here unless your looking for a horrible place that makes you feel bad about yourself"

"I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. WOW - what a terrible group of people. I had an appointment set for 3/14 @ 4:30pm. Naturally an unforeseen circumstance arose that was going to make me only a few minutes late for my appointment. So, me being the courteous patient I am, I called to give them a heads up. This is where things got weird. Mind you, I received confirmation that my appointment was, in fact, at 4:30pm. Upon calling the office, their phone system said that they closed at 4:00pm. Weird, right? Why would an office schedule an appointment for after they're supposedly closed? So, I thought it was a glitch. Checked Google and their official website, only to further back the closing time of 4pm. I chalked it up as a loss for the day and decided I would call them tomorrow (3/15). I called this morning (3/15) just to confirm that I did indeed have an appointment for the previous day and asked the lady who answered the phone to confirm the time. She again verified that it was for 4:30pm. I asked if I could reschedule it for the following Friday and was told I was blacklisted and would not be able to reschedule my appointment due to being a no-show and that I would have to find another endocrinologist. Wait, what? I am a newly diagnosed diabetic that is insulin dependent and am in serious need of an endocrinologist to help me with my health and I am being turned away because their phone system shuts off and says the offices are closed before they're actually closed? What a way to run a healthcare business! I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. When speaking to the front desk employee and voicing my concerns, I then asked to speak with the Office Manager to try to clear this up. I was told to call back in an hour as she was currently conducting an interview. Sure, that is fine... However, the office shuts down for lunch during the time I was told to call back. How convenient. After reading reviews on Yelp and other feedback sites, maybe this is a blessing in disguise after all. Apparently, they are extremely difficult to work with and obviously do not care about their patients’ health (I'm pretty sure there was an oath they swore for that, but I digress...)."

"They are rude AF.... DON'T GO THERE if you value professionalism and life.... Doctor tried to MAKE me get on birth control and did NOT give me any other alternatives; and a year later it was on recall.... My doctor was Barker... They act as if they care but don't"

"I would give this doctors office ZERO stars if I could. I have seen Dr.Tess for over 5 years , but today really topped it off. She typically comes into the room with an attitude as if your appointment is a bother or inconvenience for her. Today I went in for an ongoing issue, she came into the room & I quote " SO WHAT IS IT NOW" that is 100% unacceptable and ignorant. If you're having a bad day, you do NOT take it out on your patients. She does not listen to my concerns, she makes me feel as a patient that I am a bother and she has plenty of other more important things she could be doing. Very unprofessional to treat a PATIENT this way as if she's the only Dr. in Michigan. If you want to feel as if you're not important or a bother, then definitely this is your place ! Otherwise, I would look around and find a Dr. who actually seems to care or have at least an interest in your well being."

"I have been a patient of Dr. LaRose before Cornerstone Health Services was established, and have been going to this location since it has opened. I have always found the staff to be nothing but helpful and very courteous at all times. There is never a long wait, generally you are taken to an examination room within 10 minutes. A nurse gets your information as to the reason for visit, checks blood pressure and weight before the doctor sees you. Your doctor then generally sees you with the next five minutes for your exam. This is a very well run organization."
