"Eastpointe Family Physicians used to be great. Not any more. The front desk and phone staff has become extremely rude, they don't call in required meds on time, they screw up billing, they don't pay attention to scheduling visits, creating patient mayhem. Don't waste your energy, trust or money here. You'll have more problems than you did when you started."

"I don’t know what the heck happened to this place but today is the day I’m done with them after years of being a patient. It used to be a very nice office, but thanks to constant staffing changes it has gone downhill in a hurry. The reception staff are TERRIBLE, they’re rude and incredibly dismissive. There is only one doctor left there who has too large of a patient load to spend any amount of time with her patients and a revolving door of increasingly incompetent NPs and PAs. You can no longer get same day appointments no matter how sick you are, so you end up using urgent care. Today’s the day, I’m done!"

"I used to love this office and the Dr's here. Service has become horrible from the billing to scheduling and everything in between. I've been sent home because I was 7 minutes late to an appointment ( the waiting area was packed at the time, like they would have got me in right away?). Today was the last chance, I scheduled a month in advance, updated my insurance before I came in, and had to wait unnecessarily while they calculated everything wrong for my appointment. With many $50 late/no show threats I feel at this point they owe me $50. Done. I wish Dr. Pope the best, she is a great Dr, but trying to see her is a poor experience."

"The clerical staff is very rude after seeing one doctor and getting prescribed meds i called back for a refill and was treated very rudely. To top it off they completely had no record of one of my medications. I know things happen and working with the public can be hard but having compassion goes a long way and i was very disappointed in my experience."

"Our family have been patients here for over 15 years. I would never consider going anywhere else, and recommend them to everyone looking for highly competent physicians. The philosophy and practice of the group has always been patient centered care. The medical staff will address your presenting issue in terms of your "whole person". They will not just throw a prescription at you without first considering any contributing factors. Our children are now adults and continue to treat here. This is where our confidence lies. I cannot speak as to recent reviews regarding support staff, but I can say any issues we've ever had (and there have only been one or two), have been immediately addressed by the office manager Christine. Christine runs a tight ship to insure the doctors have the support they need in order for the patients to recieve the quality care they seek. For me, they've set standard for any additional medical providers I see (chronic autoimmune and rare diseases). *I just happened upon this rating system when looking up a link to their wesite to refer a friend"
