Eastpointe Urgent Care Walk-in, TeleMedicine & Rapid Testing

"I walked into the clinic after 7pm on Monday for the first time. I was greeted by Erin with a warm hello at the front desk. She was very professional and pleasant. I was then triaged and roomed by the Medical Assistant Cierra or Sierra with a big smile and bubbly personality. I was treated by Patrick, PA. He sealed the deal. He was patient, caring and listened to me. His kindness, knowledge and concern for my health added value to my total experience in the clinic. "I was bleeding out of my hand really bad. Dr Patrick glued my wound shut. I was in and out like a half hour. He did a great job very nice people person. I highly recommend him and his team."

"I went in recently to see Dr. Patrick great doctor very knowledgeable and very much a good person he prescribed some meds that I hope will work if not I’ll be going back to this clinic. The front staff were all smiling. They were nice, they were rude and they really made me feel better about coming to urgent care. I was a patient in December. So I really appreciate the staff and I had an uncomfortable cough they made sure I was taking care of. So I will be updating this with the status of the meds prescribed by Dr Patrick. Thanks to the entire staff I hope i feel better"

"If I could give 1/2 star I would... Walked in yesterday at 7:00 pm to be seen (their posted hours close at 8:00 pm) One of the little girls at the desk yell from the desk to the front door... "Uh-uh, we at capacity. We aint seeing no body else today" As she waved her hand to leave the office... As I looked around the office there was ONE person in the waiting room and there are 2 ops in the back so at MAX 3 people in the office... CAPACITY?!? If you can't see 3 patients in a hour you need to re-evaluate. But aside from that where is the polite customer service? This isn't my first time visiting this urgent care and my previous experiences were NOTHING like this."

"This will be our 4th visit. Fast friendly service for my lil men. Also the doctors an staff are really friendly and knows what they are doing because his regular doctor writes him prescriptions but I have to pay for them. But here at this office I pay nothing for his prescriptions because they know what to write and how to write the correct prescription."
