Dr. Danish Cosmetic Surgery

"I had lower eyelid surgery on April 3, 2023, and underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery again on July 12, 2023. The surgeon throughout was Dr. Danish. Unfortunately, Dr. Danish failed to obtain my medical records and the necessary approval for the surgery from my family doctor and cardiologist. I paid more than $**** and am now suffering from disfigurement in my face as a consequence of the surgeries, experiencing redness, rashes, swelling, suture marks, and bumps. Medical professionals have confirmed that the issues are a result of the eye surgeries. These issues have significantly impacted my quality of life and self-confidence. Dr. Danish's failure to adhere to a standard of care while providing medical treatment constitutes medical malpractice and negligence. I am currently experiencing the above symptoms and undergoing ongoing treatments. Update January 2024: Dr Danish has failed to obtain pre-operative clearance and medical records, caused damages as described above."
