"How about some appointment cards instead of blaming me for forgetting what time you keep changing my appointments to? You expect people to remember all this while in the middle of treatment? You have the time to write it down. Better yet, get better scheduling software that emails or texts the client. You guys should be making enough money to be able to give the same courtesy that every other medical office gives, especially given the frequency of required visits. If it comes down to it and you try to bill me $150 for a missed appointment I’m just not going to come back and then you miss out on all the money from remaining treatments - it’s a lose lose situation all around."

"The staff at this location are friendly. I would say that I have definitely experienced some improvement in my depression. Unfortunately, not as much as I had hoped for. During the time frame of my treatments my appointment times were changed several times. I was on my way for my very last session when I received a call from them canceling my appointment for that day. They rescheduled for two days later. That happened to be today. I drove there for my 10:30am appointment and arrived to find no one at the office and the door was locked. I called the office and got voice mail. I left a message and waited in my car for about 15 minutes and then went in to find the door still locked and received voice mail when I called again. I left without having a treatment. Again, this was supposed to be my last one. I was told in my initial meeting that I would see the psychiatrist at least twice during the entire time of my treatments. I did see her the 1st day of my treatment but never again after that. I'm not saying this is a terrible place. I am suggesting that you look into all options before selecting Greenbrook TMS. You may find a more professional organization."
