"This office makes everyone wait about 1.5 to 2 hrs on average before even being seen by a doctor. They should not make appointments on top of each other or find a way where the patient should wait a maximum of 30 minutes before seeing the doctor.They should also work on the weekends if the demand is too high!!!"

"I was prescribed a headache medicine infusion by my neurologist and the office claims that they sent the information but the infusion center claims they did not. So while RMG and the infusion point at each other, I have no treatment. When the woman on the phone for RMG asked me if I called the infusion center, I told her yes and her response was “for real” as if I was lying. They didn’t seem at all concerned about my situation. I wish they would tell me they don’t care at the beginning of the conversation then no one’s time wile wasted."

Dr. Alexander Ernsts office staff is rude, unprofessional, and can not answer simple questions such as how much your procedure will cost and how much insurance will cover. Office will not let you pay your copay at the office and they do not even know how much you owe until several months later. On hold forever and Haley will hang up on you if you question their billing practices. You will receive an outrageous bill for services that should be covered by insurance. They did not properly run my insurance and refuse to submit the requested paperwork from my insurance company. I would NOT have had the three follow up visits if I would have known that it was going to cost me a fortune but I didn’t get a bill until it was to late. I have been making partial payments monthly after I explained to the office manager and Dr.Ernst that I was having finical difficulties paying bills and they sent me to collections anyway! ROCHESTER MEDICAL GROUP is a scam! Beware of this unscrupulous office and their unethical billing practices. I would give them a negative 5 star review if I could!!!"

"0 out of 5 stars if I could have. I had COVID back in August and was advised to "stay home unless things got bad then go to the ER". Instead, I went to an urgent care and was prescribed Paxlovid. When the MA called back and told me that, I told them I wasn't happy about not being prescribed something that could prevent death. Flash forward to today when I call for a refill on my blood pressure meds. I get a call back telling me I missed a letter advising me to "seek another doctor". This is AFTER an 8 year relationship with them in which I was seen by 4 different doctors. Choose ANYWHERE else but here."

"The doctors are amazing. Honestly it's hard to find great doctors and that's what I have at RMG. The medical staff such as radiologists, techs, etc., are all great. I have seen various doctors at the practices over the years. I have been going here for years. However, They have new staff members at the desks and answering phones that are rude as most of the older staff members have moved on or probably retired. The new staff need to be trained on customer service, answering phones, patient care, taking notes, etc. A great deal of the new staff have attitudes when answering the phone and tend to hang up quickly as if they do not want to help patients. It seems like they would rather get patients off of the phone instead of doing their jobs."
