"I went in for a small pickup item. I first thing I noticed was how friendly and compassionate Sousan was. She went above and beyond to help a gentleman in a wheelchair. Afterwards she promptly helped me. Sousan informed me a big ticket item that was on sale for more than half the price. She didn't use high pressure sales tactics but instead helped to see the benefits of purchasing the item. It was something I had been thinking of for sometime but the price was always a deterrent. I want to thank Sousan for taking to time to foster an atmosphere where casual conversation can occur to really address the customers needs. Thank you again! I was a much needed purchase."

"Took my elderly mother in to get a walker and was so disrespect and made me feel unwelcome by staff. The woman behind the counter was annoyed we walked in after there being three people inside before us. Apparently I didn't see the sign in the door limiting three people due to the rise in Covid. You can kindly speak directly to me instead of talking to the other patients about how people aren't reading the sign. Post it on a larger display before people walk in. It was a struggle walking an elderly woman in and out to please disrespectful staff members. Will definitely never ever come back and hope everyone else stays away."

That information was right on time. She made us feel comfortable. She is the best. We had to come back several times, and every time she helped with a smile.
