"Dear owner, you need fire that disrespectful MA Maya and her nasty attitude. She's extremely disrespectful and has treated my mom with horrible service. I'm gonna make sure to follow up with this until there's justice done. This unacceptable! A doctor is supposed to take every patient seriously and their place of business should respect each patient period. One thing for sure is, we'll be changing pcp immediately with letting everyone in our community know of this incompetence. When my mother tried to follow a complaint, she was hungup on. If anyone sees this review, steer far far away. This place is simply terrible."

"If I were to rate just my visit I would give 3 stars because I think the staff was very nice and, while the outside looks a little sketchy, the building has a very comforting interior. However, when meeting the doctor, my experience was completely different from every other time I've met with a doctor. I didn't feel like she had my best interests in mind. Rather, it felt as if she wanted to get me out as soon as possible so she could move on. I'm giving one star because my experience was further tainted in my dealings with the billing department. The process is admittedly confusing for me since, as a young adult, I'm still relatively new to managing my own health. However, I am aware that it is very easy to incur additional costs. When setting up my appointment, I was thus intentionally explicit that the only service I wanted was the checkup service that is covered under my health insurance. However, a month later I found that I was billed ($80 out of pocket) for "medical consultation" with the reason being (as far as I could tell from my phone calls) a 5 minute conversation I had with the doctor about a specific issue. When I called the billing department to try and understand what the bill was for (I never even asked for a change, I was genuinely just trying to make sense of what happened), the caller seemed immediately frustrated with me and my confusion and implied that I was trying to commit fraud. Her only suggestion was to make sure it doesn't happen next time. Ultimately, I feel like my inexperience and confusion with self health management was exploited (intentionally or not) to the gain of the provider and I ended up having to pay for a sub-par service that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. Perhaps my experience was an outlier but that doesn't seem to be the case based off of other reviews. I hope the management will take notice and try to make changes to account for some of the issues addressed in this and other similar reviews."

"I have been with Senior Care Medical Group for almost 4 years now and I have yet to find anything to complain about. Anyone that has a complaint against this office is either entitled and believes that they must be seen right away before all the people ahead of them with appointments, I have seen this several times with my own eyes to which they end up throwing a fit for having to wait an hour cause they chose to walk in on a Monday at 11 a.m. with a fully booked schedule. Follow the rules like everyone else and stop trying to tear down the best primary doctor I have ever come across just cause you did not get your way. This office has two locations, its extremely convenient to go to either, they have multiple providers which are all talented, they are bilingual, they take walk-ins/same day appointments (Mostly at Dearborn Heights location), and both conveniently have a pharmacy inside the same building 5 feet across from the office. What more can anyone ask for?"

"Very unprofessional and a lack of respect. On my visit May of 2018 a Lebanese woman that was taking my blood told me that she's afraid that my three year old son may be gay because of his long ponytail and his facial features. I tried to keep it professional and speak with the manager there. The manager is Even Worse!! Don't wast your time there . There's a reason Senior Care Medical Group has horrible ratings."
