"My husband got an upper denture made at Great Expressions in Allen Park. It was made in 2016. It has broken down the center 3 times and one of the front teeth broke in half. The 3rd time it broke down the center while we were on vacation for 2 weeks and my husband went without teeth. We had just picked it up from being repaired 4 days before we left. Now Dr. Lizzio says the problem is my husband has a hard bite and it needs to be reinforced for a charge of $120. We feel its defective. It has broken 4 times in about 18 months. Nick the office manager was less than helpful and said there is no guarantee once we walk out the door with the denture if it breaks again we will be charged. He also collected the $120 before my husband got his denture back which in 25 years of going there they have never done. We have always paid on the way out. Which my husband found very insulting as if he wasn't going to pay his bill. They gave us a number for their Customer Care or Service department and I was informed that the ultimate decision to charge us or not is up to the dentist in charge of that area. That dentist happens to be Dr Lizzio who states the problem is how my husband bites not the denture. They also refuse to disclose the name of the lab or labs who have worked on the denture. We are currently looking for a new dentist and will never go back there. We couldn't be more disappointed and feel like if they can't repair this denture that was obviously poorly made to begin with they should stand by their work and replace it for free. They act as if they could care less. Poorest customer service ever!!"
