I have called because they sent us to another clinic and the number wasnt working so i told the lady who answer the phone and she was like kept repeating its not disconnected and told me the number like how you gonna tell me is not disconnected when it is"

They do nothing to try to work with you and I've never seen a doctor's office that has no schedule for 3 months in something like pulmonology where it Can be detrimental to get to a doctor. I have been to this office a total of 2 times and both times the lady that dose the scheduled is nasty."

Left msg at front desk and office manager Karen(don't remember her last name) finally left at 1:15 after I left my last msg At the desk voice mail. Called back got through and they said it was lunch break. I hope office manager Karen sees this and called me to straighten this mess. Waited 2 months for this appt. I like Dr Nasser but I probably should go somewhere else."
