"George was adequate until he hired Jill to be his guard dog. Jill is a receptionist who blocks access to him at every turn, as if a receptionist is qualified to make medical decisions for patients. She is extremely rude, . unhelpful, and unprofessional. George's unwillingness to restrain Jill put my wife in jeopardy, put my special needs daughter in jeopardy, and my brother-in-law as well. Look at the reviews here and notice the other folks who have similar experiences. There is no excuse to leave her in place, but George just bemoaned that it was "difficult to find good help". One day Jill was talking about her car insurance deductible with the other assistant and my wife gently slid the window open to ask Jill a question. Well, Jill angrily snapped at my wife (as she does) and my wife calmly stood up to her and said Jill can't talk to her like that. So what did Jill do? Jill crafted a letter to forbid my wife from the office and to kick her out as a patient, as though it came from George directly. But the language was so obvious that it didn't come from George, so I addressed that with George directly at my special needs daughter's next appointment. George grew very uncomfortable, wanted to change the subject, and when I called him on the language and how he has NEVER had an issue with my wife, he reluctantly admitted it, but in whispers to me (knowing that Jill listens outside of his closed patient doors). George wanted to change the subject, but I calmly and firmly said this had to be addressed before we moved forward. My aunt - a licensed nurse practitioner - was in the room with me and witnessed the entire episode. Then he tried to appeal to our relationship as he whispered, "you KNOW me..." I fell for it. I thought he was going to make it right. I had the understanding that he would call my wife that day (Wednesday) or maybe the next at the latest. Instead, my wife had to call the answering service on Sunday to get a message to George to call her back... and when he did, he changed nothing. He let my wife be expelled so he didn't have to deal with Jill. What Jill has on George is anyone's guess... but it must be something serious for him to let her destroy his practice's reputation. As for me... I'm just done. A doctor is someone you're supposed to be able to trust, someone who is an advocate for your health, and someone who doesn't try to take advantage of you selling only Metagenics supplements as if he gets no financial at all from it (especially when there are BETTER supplements available by other manufacturers who aren't an MLM). Caveat emptor."

"Take a good look at these reviews before jumping into a relationship with this office. These reviews are written by people sharing their experiences so you don’t make the same mistake they did. “Like I did”. Against my better judgement I took the plunge. First visit was great because I was dealing directly with the doctor (Really good guy) and setting up protocol for care. Easy and pleasant as it should be. Feeling fantastic about the future. As time goes on you realize the “ONLY” go between you and the doctor is the office secretary. Not a medically educated person, the secretary. She controls absolutely everything that happens in the office, and she is one angry, unpleasent person. That’s being incredibly kind!!! So “ANY” questions regarding ur care, (simple or technical) will go directly through her and if she is having a Bad day which is quite often then guess what? Your having a Bad day, quite often! Your care is literally in the secretary’s hands! You will have zero communication with the doctor unless it is an office visit. Outside of that everything goes through her. You can’t even leave a message directly for the doctor. It has to go through her. Simply put she is not qualified to be in a position that has such a direct impact on your treatment. Think about what that looks like for you, and let that sink in. If you question her on anything or try to bring to light the less than acceptable office etiquette she will negatively affect your appt times, communication to the doctor, hold times etc….!!! Not to mention some pretty tense office visits. The crazy thing is the entire staff is aware of this yet nothing ever changes. Its so confusing. I would need a few pages to cover some hard to believe stories and unacceptable treatment. This office is Toxic. Bottom line Don’t roll the dice with your health and daily happiness. There’s other physicians you just need to look. Take your time and do some research it will pay off in the long run. You don’t want to regret your decision after you are settled in with all your lab work, records, money and time spent on a treatment program etc. “DONT DO IT!!!!”"

"He does not treat PANDAS or Autistic children. Being that this is a huge uprising issue in the community, I find it hard to believe this doctor is truly knowledgeable on anything on than select diseases. The front staff was also extremely short and rude. There are much better practices out there with well rounded staff and doctors. I suggest Dr. Teresa Birkmeier-Fredal."

"I'm a new patient of Dr nicoloff, and I can't speak more highly! I've never had a better first experience with a doctor, and he had a very neat and tidy office, and the exam room was large and welcoming! He was extremely knowledgeable on natural health, and based off of my visit, I would highly trust him! My wife and kids are next in line!"
