"I've never before been frustrated EVERY time I've visited a doctor's office. Appointments running over an hour late. Staff who are hang up on you, don't conduct tests properly, lose results, don't keep records of bills paid. It's really not worth it. Just find someone else."

"If you have complex chronic health issues and want your doctor to partner with you in your health goals, don’t go here. I keep meticulous records of my health and have researched my chronic health issues extensively (no I don’t have a med degree but I’m not stupid and I know my body), and when presenting my records and learnings to him he was dismissive, and finally when I refused a yearly flu shot (I never get the flu and don’t like what’s in those shots), he walked out of the room in a huff without a word. After a long while sitting there wondering what just happened and if we were done or what, I finally left the room to check out. I could then see that he was busy helping others, so yeah I guess we were done! I couldn’t believe this unprofessional behavior by who I originally thought was such a great doctor. If you don’t have chronic issues (just sports related injuries and such), don’t mind letting your doc call all the shots and do everything he says without question, this is your place. Otherwise, best to keep looking."

"When I had services here over a year ago I was fairly satisfied, nothing special but doctor was okay. Then a year later I receive a call from a collections agency informing me that I owe this clinic money, the full cost of all 3 of my visits. I was very confused by this as I had insurance which they told me they accepted and also had received no bills from them in the mail and now all of a sudden I have a bill at a debt collection agency. I called the clinic and as it turns out their billing department is incompetent. They took down the ID number for my insurer incorrectly (it was missing a number) so the claim was denied. They also took down my address incorrectly, which included a street name which to my knowledge does not exist, so I never received a bill in the mail, until a collections agency made more efforts to find me and my phone number. When I called the office they said I was SOL and sent me to their billing dept. The woman with billing had the audacity to tell me "The person who lived at that address should have gave you the bill," the address which I will remind you DID NOT EXIST AND EVEN IF IT DID HOW WOULD THE PERSON LIVING THERE KNOW HOW TO FIND ME? I have been going through a headache for months trying to my insurer to cover the bill since it's now over a year old. I've made several attempts for the clinic to offer even an apology and nothing. So just save the possible financial hassle and go elsewhere."
