"Having moved here a year ago from an hour away, I knew I needed to find a closer primary care doctor, but I loved my former doctor and thought no one else could be satisfactory. Due to an upper respiratory infection with a ruptured eardrum, I decided I needed to be seen locally and didn’t want to do urgent care. When I called, I couldn’t be seen by a doctor but hesitantly accepted an appointment with a PA. I was concerned that a PA wouldn’t have enough training to determine what was happening with my ear. The clinic was bigger and more streamlined than I’m used to with a one doctor office, but everyone I saw today was simply amazing! Jessica, the PA, was so informative and thorough. After looking in my ear, she said she wanted to bring a doctor in to look and brought in Dr. Soulias. This simple action gave Jessica major bonus points with me. It told me that she, while competent in her knowledge, was not hesitant or too proud to bring in someone else to reinforce her observations. The doctor did indeed agree with her diagnosis. Jessica then brought in a nurse practitioner, Ron (?), to take a look. Ron decided to attempt to remove some wax and did it painlessly. Every single person I saw today was kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t act bothered to be pulled out of their normal sphere to look at a last minute add-in. I’m thanking God that he directed me to this place through people I’ve met (including a former doctor). The confidence I already feel about the medical staff in this office will make parting from my previous doctor much easier."
