"Dr. Younce didn't even enter the building until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. She then decided she wanted to prescribe a medication to me but refused to write an rx. I called three time to state that the medication was safe to take in my condition, but still received several calls stating they will send an rx to my pharmacy once it's safety was confirmed. After a week of going back and forth I gave up and would rather live with a splint and be done with this horrible office. I'm learning the hard way their open availability is because nobody wants to deal with this office after their initial visit."

"Went in (late February 2017) to have a hole burnt in my bruised toenail, and ended up having my foot set on fire. Doctor was Vanessa. The nurse must have been spraying the highly flammable numbing spray too close to the heat pen, otherwise I don't see how a simple procedure could end up with my foot ablaze."
