"they only want money. they will send you to nurse after nurse to re enter the same information over and over with no respect for the patient's time or well being, and it's because they want to bill you more. it's been impossible for me to find a functional primary care in this city because of clinics like this. i have serious chronic illness and have been applying for social security for over a decade, and they just pretend they know nothing about me every time i contact them. the first few times i can shrug it off as an issue with their computer system or a new employee, but it becomes obvious that this hospital system as a whole has absolutely no intention of healing or fixing any of it's patient's health issues. they wont even schedule me for a covid booster and it's been 2 years since my last one. i even asked for a booster both times i visted the ER recently, one time the nurse pretended not to hear me and the other time they said "we'll see about that". there is no shortage of vaccines currently, and there has not been for quite some time."

"Doctors and nurse staff have always been respectful, friendly and thorough. Dr Brophy reviews patient history each visit and develops appropriate care. He and his staff are very good with patient follow-up and concerns by phone, email or portal. My only complaint with this facility (and other facilities) is with front desk staff. I always feel like a number or a click of a mouse to desk staff. Rarely welcomed when checking in."
