Or do you need another receptionist? I tried more than one time each day, and there was also no answering machine. I am an existing patient, and I had an appointment, but needed to check on it."

"It's a so so office. Poorly managed and can't return phone calls about test results. I had to wait a whole month to find out about my results and it wasn't even at my appointment! I have been having a couple of problems with scheduling. Partially my fault the first 2 times. After that I was given wrong times and days with no reminder calls. I need reminders otherwise I forget."

"They have appeared to fix the issue other people complained about with appointment reminders. I have had multiple appointments here now and I have gotten a phone call reminder and an email reminder for both appointments. The staff was very nice getting my tests ordered and scheduled, and the doctor was very personable. It still can be a little hard getting through on the phone sometimes, but I may have just been calling at busy times."
