"Worst customer service ever. Ann the enrollment person was literally useless. I tried for almost 2 months to see a doctor here. Called probably 15 times, left atleast 6 messages, reconfirmed my email and Ann never sent my forms to enroll that she said she would. Check your spam she said. Not there Ann cause you never sent them. Very frustrating when you need to see a doctor. I say fire her b4 you lose more patients. Don't waste your time with her."
