She takes her time with you too. The nursing staff is also incredible and the front desk women Denise and Tammy are fantastic! The way Denise greats you and talks with you, makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Truly admire and respect all these women. "Emily the clinic manager ignored my 8-10 calls over two months to resolve yet another ‘surprise’ billing error. Was told by billing it was a coding problem and to talk with her. She completely ignored me until I spoke to her supervisor. It was he who resolved the issue. Rude front desk people, manager with no skill set to deal with customers and concerns. Dealt with too many inaccurate and surprise billing issues with them over the last few years."
