"I have been with ABC in Cheboygan MI. for 2 years and they have been awesome (CPAP Supplies), the downside is the Rotech Healthcare. Apparently, they are the "new" owners, and the issues I have had are in the tec/online-side-supply/order and billing and pay/statement. It works eventually but I have to use it and have had to call ABC to straighten a few things out on the Rotec side of the house. Let's hope things improve, they are not alone in this type of issue.."

"I am visiting Mackinac Island from 700 miles away and I had an issue with my CPAP. Joseph was very friendly and went as far as to drop the necessary part off at the ferry dock on his way to a local medical center. The part was delivered to me on the island. Everything went perfectly and he saved half a day of my vacation. "I have been a customer of this company for 10 yrs out of Atlanta Michigan. After a recent change of ownership (I was told) the company moved to Cheboygan Michigan .My business with them moved with them.When I made a refill order on my portable large tanks I was informed that I needed to receive and store 20 tanks .Thinking of safety I refused but agreed to receive 8 tanks which the company left for me .when I was down to 3 tanks I called to order more .I was told the new tanks would be delivered on the 8th of June.I called to confirm and was told no they would be delivered on the 22 of June and would I take 20 to store Again I told them no they changed delivery to the 28th .Today the 21st of June I received a call saying they were delivering the 21st but since my insurance has not paid in ten yrs (laugh) I would need to get dr order as they did not have one .After calling my dr and my ins. I called ABC medical back and informed them I would be changing companies because of this whole mess which they should have taken up with my insurance company at which point I was informed they would NOT be delivering at all to keep me in oxygen.I did not have a problem with this company for 10 years that I have needed the service ,I would not and will not ever recommend this company to anyone with oxygen needs I was told by the driver it was because of company greed and yes I can stand by his claim ."
