"My trip here was a JOKE. I was having 10/10 pain and had to sit in waiting room for almost 3 hours just to go into a room for 2 more hours for them so say here’s Tylenol and Motrin good luck. No one gave me a way to contacts nurse in a event of emergency or even to just get help moving or getting to a bathroom. I ask for any meds orally for the fact of if I get shots I throw up or pass out out of fear and anxiety. Nurse gave me the Tylenol and Motrin, then doc comes in and makes a mock out of me having to take them orally. Not a single nurse coming to check on me. Not any help with getting me up or laying down ( I was literally screaming from pain) NOTHING. Not any help getting to the bathroom. Not any help getting to a vehicle. Not even an offer of help or assistance. The 5 hours of 10/10 pain in that hospital was a joke. They sent me home with my pain still being 10/10"

"Receiving medical care was not the issue. The problem occurred while billing me for services. Multiple entities involved in providing care attempted to bill for services outside of what was contracted with my insurance carrier. When contacted to provide a new updated detailed service billing statement, I have been harassed daily. These predatory practices are disgusting and unprofessional. Do better."

"went for a bad toothache and had been taken lots of aspirin and actiphine pills for it such as ur bayer naproxin sodium those types that contain aspirin and actiphine which can cause liver damage i been taken lots for three days and all they did was say well we dont have a dentist so we can help and heres a script for antibiotic nothing for pain. so if i die due to liver damage and bleeding ulcers this place did it by not doing nothing for it nor the pain and this entire hostipol in cheboygan has killed more people then i can can count wrongfully diagnosed many which two of them was my step dad and mom saying oh u got chrones no she didnt we had her tested else where she never had chrones yet they was pumping her full of meds for chrones thier ignorant up here and its cause all the doctors who are rejects or could make ths cut in a real hospitol make it up here and they just go off killing everyone and one time step father had a issue ehich was 100% same as person next to him and they said wait it out took him out thier gottem to petoskey and they said if we wouldnt of gotten him out this place he be dead and sure enough the other person that stayed and did wait did die next morn he would of been one of them serious avoid this place of death"

"I have to share our quick ER experience… we are currently 5 hours away from home staying in Mackinaw City, on vacation, with our 2 year old who has been absolutely miserable—decided to head to the ED to get him some relief and I have to say this was by far the best experience—from being greeted by the front desk to the nurse checking us out. Everyone was incredible and made this mom not feel crazy for bringing him in. Dr. Farmer, RN Sarah and the male RN (didn’t get his name) we’re so gentle with my son and helped us right away. Thank you for being there for us, and helping get our little guy treated and some relief, now we can enjoy what’s left of our trip up here!!! THANK YOU!!"
