"In my entire career of truck driving, through and around all of the 48 states, this particular Starbucks is the rudest store I have ever been to. The employees themselves are unprofessional and completely disrespectful. Other than the leader, whom I’ve only seen one time, the only pleasant employee is a new guy named Mike. He is actually a pleasure. The others couldn’t give a hoot whether you come back at all. I have been going to this store since they opened, and I visit regularly. Most weeks I am in their drive thru at least 5 times a week. I am also a 30% tipper. I have spoke with corporate in regards to this store and their service, or lack there of, and it never, ever, changes a thing. I will no longer be returning to this Starbucks!"
"I've frequented this Starbucks for years now and even more so when they start up with their seasonal drinks. Up until late summer the drinks were usually good and the service was mostly friendly. It's seriously went downhill to the point where I'm not even going to go there anymore. My drinks usually don't taste correct and I was getting excited on the days that they got the order right. For $9-11 I shouldn't have so many days where the order is wrong. The last drink that I ordered was supposed to be a sugar cookie frappuccino with a couple of shots of espresso. The drink that I received was almost completely white so I was nervous about it but I took a drink anyways and it tasted like water and a little bit of cream.. Not even a hint of coffee. The morning staff is usually cold and will mostly try to not acknowledge you when you come in to get your order.. They especially hate when you ask for a straw for your cold coffee order.. One of the staff members rolled her eyes once when I asked for one. I attempted to toss a tip on my order sometimes but didn't see improvement on my drinks or the customer service even with a tip."
"Incredibly rude. Ordered a mobile order of four drinks and got scolded in the drive-thru for not giving them enough time to make them (even though they were finishing our drinks as we pulled up?), even though we ordered 10 minutes before. Not to mention the barista clearly ignored us in the drive thru window for awhile to text on their phone. (Its a transparent window, we can see you ignoring us)."
"As the only drive-through coffee shop in town, this one usually gets my business if I’m in a hurry. The drinks are almost always consistent and workers are friendly. Every business around here is understaffed so the long lines just are what they are. A couple weeks ago I swung by for two small lattes (and my third tier sandwich choice since the others were already gone for the day). I’ve recently backed off from obligatory tipping at places where I’m only receiving a product, not a service. A server only makes $3.84 an hour while a barista in this area is making at least $15. Still not a livable wage, but their salary should come from Starbucks, not the community. Anyway when it was my turn to pay and I got the “it’s just going to ask you a question” prompt, I chose no thanks to tipping. The girl at the window said, “Aaawww!” As someone who works in the local service industry, that is just wildly inappropriate in my mind. Tipping is supposed to be for exceptional service. I don’t tip the people at Taco Bell and they actually make the food I want right then. I was getting two small 3-ingredient drinks and a microwaved sandwich. To top it off the drinks were tepid and only 3/4 full at best. It must’ve been the B Team working that day, but I’ve managed to make time to go inside a different coffee shop ever since then."
