"The very little, monotone young man very enthusiastically informed me that the way I entered the parking lot was illegal. He proceeded to tell me that the police would show up and ticket me for coming in the wrong way. Thanks for the heads up young man. I would encourage you to work on your customer service skills because threatening me with police presence from entering the parking lot illegally doesn’t do anything for your customer. “I’m Lovin it”…not."

"Tried to order a extra extra hot fudge Sunday willing to pay the .70 cents each for the extra. The only added extra when I got to the window to ask for the extra extra and told them I would pay I was greeted by and young lady who said no we won't do that. Then followed by the manager that said nope leave and slammed the window in my face. Will not go back ever again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else does as they are not very nice but I'm sure will blame it on rude customers. And thse are the workers asking for 25 an hour....."
"Came through the Drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder meal for my wife, she cannot eat cheese. I assumed a quarter pounder meal did not have cheese and if you wanted cheese you order with cheese. Anyhow they refused to exchange the mistaken ordered burger with cheese. The manager actually said "well did you order it without cheese?" In a condescending way. she offered me fries instead saying it's store policy to not refund or give out burgers and that people are doing this stuff all the time getting free burgers!! Making me feel like I'm some manipulative thief or stealing teenager...been going to this McDonald's location for at least 20-30 years or so..this is a very poor way to do business, and I will not do business here again..throwing away hundreds of dollars or more of future business away for a wrongly ordered quarter pounder and treating a customer like a thief....there are other options and I will tell my close friends and family to do business elsewhere as well"
"Didn’t expect McDonald’s to be “overpriced” but apparently they too cash in on the tourist area. Nice people but yea. There is however Vernor’s ginger ale so that’s awesome!"
