"On this day I wish give this institution a zero. When an individual is going through a lot, they rely on institutions to either mention they don't have time to help you or not make promises they can't keep. I will not get into my personal journey, but I will basically say, on yesterday with much distress, I came in contact with Ms. Lewis who spoke to me on the phone and told me she would call me back, I waited until 8PM and she never did. So I will NEVER use their services. I thank God that he showed me that this was not the place for me. My strong faith in GOD got me through yesterday as I am in utter disappointment. I will continue looking for my employer for other Therapist."
