"Food is excellent and the place is clean. The employees are helpful and efficient. Haley helped me and she was awesome!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me into trying the cinnamon egg rolls. She was spot on because I bought 4 more!! Wonderful experience overall."

"The food was great and the people are really nice. However... What on earth is wrong with this place!? The tables all dirty, the ice machine empty, half the food empty. You might be saying, maybe they are busy. Maybe. But the toilet in the men's room isn't connected to the floor, it just wobbles. And the paper towel dispenser is held on by 1 screw. Something about the way this location is off.. The food was good, so I want come back to here, but I don't think I will. I think I'll go to the other one next time."

"1st time at a Panda Xpress NOT in a mall. Went inside. Had a large order so it made sense. Had to wait for a couple of entrées & sides, no biggie (super greens, sesame chx and beef & broccoli. It was a mess when receiving food so two team members wanted to make sure we didn't leave w/o anything, even after I stopped a young lady from under charging me. Got home and the chx egg rolls were a tad burnt and the beef & broccoli had zero beef [almost]. See pics. It wasn't a terrible experience. I digress, they tried."

"Our family of 4 has ordered to-go from this location a handful of times and the experience is usually perfect or missing some items. It is a fave of the 8 year old so we won't stop giving it a shot. Family meal deal works best for us and the way they package it is ideal. Everything we need and labeled in one box. Pick up is easily accessible near the order queue. All in all, if you get what you order it's delicious. Website is incredibly easy which is always a Bonus."

"Poor quality food. The bowl was severely lacking in terms of the amount of meat on it. The items were chewy and seemed overcooked or had been sitting out awhile, as they were warm at best. The mushroom chicken sauce tasted chalky. Lastly, on my husband's 'Bigger Plate' the amount of Beijing beef was surprisingly very small (definitely didn't look like a normal size portion. See red takeout box). Everything was just disappointing and the lack of consistency makes it an unreliable choice, especially with picky kids."
