"The doctors, nurses and office staff are super nice. I'm a new parent and they were so patient and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or silly. Also, when I have an appointment I'm not waiting forever to be seen by the doctor or nurse. They have been amazing!"

She took it for the 10 days and still complained her ear hurt. U used to just call and theyd give her something stronger When I called today to ask for something stronger they told me I had to come back in."

"Guy who called us in through the sick door was so very rude, rude enough that it makes me not wanna go back to that location .. but other than that the experience was pleasant with the doctor. This isn’t the office we normally go to and to even try to get a call through was the longest experience I’ve ever had when my child has pneumonia it took well over an hour and a half for someone to call me back, even longer to get her in and then like I said I had to deal with the rudest person at the sick door. He should be fired. But I loved Dr. Miraz"

"I can't say enough good things about this place. We've had many visits here and I've always felt heard and seen each time. This past time, however, took the cake. I called and spoke to Liz and she was beyond helpful over the phone. Then, I took my daughter in and saw Jessica Lane. We got there at 4:15, they closed at 5, but the staff stayed there until 6 with us to make sure my daughter was okay (as she was very sick). You would have thought it was 2pm with how attentive they were. Then, Liz called us the next day to ask how Adelyn was, and Jessica called the day after that to check in, offering more support. Above and beyond."
