"This is an awesome pediatrics office we absolutely love Dr. Francis. They always try very hard to accommodate appointments with your schedule. They send paperwork you need via email quickly and are always friendly and kind on the phone. They are patient with questions at yearly visits and check ups. I feel they go above and beyond to keep their office clean and running smoothly. I would recommend this pediatrics office to any of my friends with children."

"We've absolutely loved Dr. Francis! Shes always prompt to return calls at the end of the day and talk about whatever the concern is! I've been so impressed with the patience and kind/caring attitude of the staff whenever bringing our infant with our toddler in tow. Also absolutely love that there are dedicated well rooms and sick rooms, so we are never in a room where a kid who has the flu was just in, if we have a well visit for a newborn. Cannot say enough good things about this practice! I love that they only accept patients at birth (then they take siblings) because they don't have a billion patients, and you are never waiting for more than 2 minutes to speak to a nurse when you call the office!"

"Dr. Vesna Roi is the pediatrician that my children see! She is exceptional and open mines to all questions from me as a parent. When we go for our yearly physicals, we are there for about two hours for two kids. She goes through absolute everything and never misses any detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her as she has help me with my son who has a disability."

"We LOVE Dr. Roi she is kind, caring, knowledgeable. She knows her patients and treats them as INDIVIDUALS. She takes time with each patient to truly understand what's going on.. we also had the pleasure of seeing doctor Frances recently for a last minute visit prior to vacation. She is so sweet and kind as well. She also went above and beyond by checking up with us the following day (on her day off) to see if there were any changes before we left for our trip."

"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Roi! She is so wonderful. It feels like she truly cares about our babies and treats us like family. She takes the time to sit and listen as well as offer advice to help us raise our boys to be healthy and strong. We have also occasionally seen Dr Frances and she too is wonderful with the kids. The nurses and front desk ladies are also great with the kids and very friendly. One slight downfall is that the appointment times generally run a bit behind. I do think this is because she cares and takes time with everyone. It is just something to be aware of when scheduling your time off for work if you need to. I highly recommend Dr. Roi and this office to anyone looking for a caring pediatrician who works with you and truly listens to your family’s needs."
