"I was there last Thursday and she diagnosed me with Pneumonia. She sent a bunch of meds in for me to my pharmacy within 10 minutes after I left there. I had to go back in today bc I was done with my steroids and I’m still wheezing pretty bad. I saw a different PA today and she was just as good as the one I saw last Thursday. I think the whole staff there is great!! Even though they are really busy they make sure to do the best they can. Once you are in the back, they do a great job at making sure they help you as much as they can. I have been coming here for years. I highly recommend coming here instead of going to the ER if it’s not something to serious or life threatening."

"Samantha made me feel like a priority at this urgent care when I was going through a concerning matter. She was very caring and prompt. It was great to know I could have my blood drawn there and she was very quick with reaching out to me with results. I appreciate all her help and her bedside manner."

"Usually I don't come here, because I never feel fully listened to, but today I really needed a chest x-ray done. The Dr was very thorough and nice. She listened to me did a chest x-ray and it was found I have pneumonia. She promptly gave me a breathing treatment, a shot of antibiotics, and prescribed me a heavier duty steroid on top of an inhaler, and cough syrup. She did not mess around knowing I'm on an immunosuppressant. I'm hoping all of this and my continued antibiotics I'll feel better ASAP. Definitely a good experience today. Thank you."

"Very friendly staff, nurses and doctor. Reasonable wait time for how busy they get. Best advice have your insurance card or cash/card and your ID/ driver's licence with you for first time patients. Tell them the exact symptoms so they can best help you and your needs. Always have had all around great service here!!"

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility! The staff was awful, we got shoved into a room that was labeled “Triage”, where two women, without any introduction abruptly barked at my daughter to get on the scale for a weight, practically shoved her into a chair by the bp machine, then swabbed her throat like she was angry about something else and was taking it out on my daughter! We waited over an hour to be seen, and when the PA came in to see us, she had gloves on from her previous patient and didn’t change them or even wash her hands before examining my daughter. I will never go back, and would suggest you think twice before going there yourself. It was generally dirty, but there were used tissues on the exam room floor!"
