"Dear Dr. Kallabat, Because I like and trust you, last week when you recommended a new physical therapist, I agreed to go see Tapan at Synergy Rehab Inc in Southfield. I just got home from the first visit. Tapan is the best physical therapist I could have hoped for. He did what I have wanted most therapists to do, after an evaluation, help me see the cause of my problems (back and legs) and show me how these problems can be solved. He did an outstanding job, I finally understand why i am having trouble running and Tapan has already shown me exercises that will gradually resolve my issues and will lead me back to playing racquetball with the full confidence that my problems will not come back. What struck me most is how much Tapan likes and believes in what he does. How he views his work as making a huge difference to his patients. Plus his enthusiasm, combined with his outstanding communication skills, resulted in me walking away feeling confident I am on my way back, even with only one visit. Please know i have already signed up for 3 visits a week for the next 4 weeks. When we talked you said you had heard all sorts of positive stories about Tapan, but that you had not met him personally. Well the actual experience is at least twice as good as your recommendation. Much as I like my former physical therapist, Tapan is head and shoulders better. I know as a Doctor you are risking your reputation when you recommend a physical therapist. In the case of Tapan, you are enhancing your reputation. If i were you i would send any and all of your PT patients to him. Thank You!"
