"Unprofessional and irresponsible staff, they tell you one thing and then they change up what they said. They always put me on hold then hang up the call or they say they'll call back and never do. I was even told it's not their responsibility to call back or let me know my paperwork is ready to be picked up. They've even messed up some labs I had done. I've filled out their forms with my information and then they say they don't have my address and phone number on file. I'm am not happy at all with their customer service. The worst clinic I've ever been to."
