"Made an appointment for my child. Had to reschedule, was told to come in May 1st at 2:30. I arrived 10 minutes early because I had to give them insurance information. when I arrived I was told there was no appointment for my child, and we couldn't be seen because we were "late" anyways. Desk staff don't listen, they just keep talking over you and completely ignored my questions... like how was I late to an appointment that according to them, didn't exist. Waste of time, and gas."

"Clean and organized clinic. Some complain that their clinic policy require an appointment, but we have been coming here for almost 3 years and wherever I call for an emergency with 1 of our kids, the staff were able to bring us in on the same day. This is a clinic not a supermarket and they need to follow this policy to have an organized schedule which they do. Dr. Mazen is amazing and caring. The other doctors are great too."

"Dr Lisa and Dr Mazen are excellent physicians but no matter how much I love them I can’t continue dealing with the low quality interactions I have continuously had with the front office staff. I am not really certain what the issue is; record mismanagement? too many patients? too little staff? All I know is I have tried to be patient and kind but going to a pediatrician should not be this stressful."

"This office is wonderful and in the last 5 years of going we have never had a bad experience. Dr Mazen and Dr Amy especially, are incredible doctors and are always reassuring and truly care about their patients. They were particularly helpful and supportive when I was a new mom, and nervous during appointments. They always make themselves available for questions and concerns, and encourage as many questions as you have, which is not the experience we have had at other doctors offices. This office will never rush you or treat you like they don’t have time for you. All of their doctors and staff are compassionate and professional. We will continue to recommend this place to all of our friends and family."
