"People were nice,.Dr started off nice.." I'm going to help you" ..to being almost nasty"

"They had my wife in there twice. Each time they put her under. The first time she got shots in her hips. The second time it was shots in her spine. NEITHER worked. We asked them to fill out paperwork for her SSI claim. They refused to do so without her getting a test that is $650.00 and not covered by insurance. We explained that it wasn’t covered so they told us to go to our family doctor to have them filled out. Why would our family doctor fill out forms on something they did? Stupid lazy people."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. I was interested in coming here to have my chronic pain illness treated,HOWEVER, after what I witnessed I hope nobody ever comes here. I heard of them through my sister. My sisters appt was canceled twice and when she finally got her appointment had to wait 2 hrs while hearing Jennifer in the back yelling about personal issues on the phone and yelling at her staff. Then I was on the phone with her trying to keep her calm so she can at least get through this appointment because she had been in severe pain for so long waiting on this appt. After all this only to hear the attending exhibit the most horrendous behavior I have ever seen. While on the phone heard Jen come in and with the nastiest attitude begin to berate my sister as if it was her fault the office was behind and as if her presence was a nuisance. I have never heard anything like it! This woman is UNHINGED and should not be helping patients in need. Not to mention before even going through a standard examination for a new patient asked if my sis wanted narcotics before even trying to figure out why she was there. That is irresponsible medical work and I wish nobody to go through what my sister had to."

"Overheard the doctor screaming at my sister over the phone while trying this place for the first time. I was hoping to begin to find a doctor that could help with my scoliosis. That really left an unsettling feeling with me. Based on the phone conversation and overhearing how this doctor talked to her clients, I will never use this center."

"If I could give this place a 0 I would. My appointment was cancelled twice. I was introduced to Jen by her YELLING on a personal call. I asked the MA how long it would be. She went back to asked and she yelled at her and told her I had to wait. I waited 15 mins.. I went to see how long it will be. (I’ve been waiting for two hours). She interrupted the conversation and began to YELL at me. Yes yell and ordered me to get off the phone. I continued w/ the appointment because I need help. I have chronic pain and was praying I would get help here. She asked if I wanted opiates before even hearing my real issue and basically said she can’t help with my fibromyalgia. Patients were in an out, but not me. I truly believe she is racist. Jen has 0 bed side matter and I don’t recommend her to ANYONE! Such a disappointment."
