"We had the best experience at Lifesmiles!! The staff was extremely helpful and Dr. Gail did a great job explaining everything to my daughter in a way she could understand and feel comfortable. I highly recommend Lifesmiles!!!"
"We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gail and her dental hygienists. My daughter (8) had had to have major work on her teeth and the staff has been more then caring and understanding of her concerns and fears. I would recommend Dr. Gail to anyone."
"We have been going to Lifesmiles for the past several years. My children love Lifesmiles Pediatric Dentistry. They explain to my children everything they are doing along with what the instruments are for. This is so nice and makes them so much more comfortable. Everyone is super friendly, the office is beautiful and clean Dr. Gail is very thorough and I wouldn’t trust my kids in the hands of any other dentist. Hands down the best around. Top notch service… can’t say enough great things."
"My daughter went for her first ever cleaning ( age 1 1/2). I figured a pediatric dentist would be best for her age. I work in dental so I’m aware of how kids can react at their first visit and what to expect overall. I’m glad my daughter is so young, hoping she won’t remember this. They did the knee to knee method where she laid backwards onto the hygienist lap while straddling me. They performed an actual cleaning on her. The entire time they were doing her cleaning they held her down while she screamed and cried. They kept telling me it was a normal reaction but from what I’ve seen usually the dentist just introduces themselves, gives the kid a ride in the chair, has the kid touch the tools, and look in their mouths with their fingers. It’s crazy to me how this all went down. I did not feel comfortable at all and expressed that throughout the duration of our visit. I had to take breaks because I was so stressed and my daughter couldn’t catch her breath from crying so hard. The hygienist hurt her with the tool, visible bleeding of her gums. I was not impressed by any means and feel awful for putting my sweet girl through that. I will be taking her to my regular dentist next time."
"My 7 year old daughter is a new patient of Dr. Gail's and she had her first appointment today. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly from the first phone call to set up the appointment through the entirety of the exam. My daughter was happy and comfortable the entire time, which is so important seeing that many little ones are afraid of the dentist! I was also VERY impressed with the safety procedures and protocols that are being enforced in the middle of the pandemic to ensure that EVERYONE who visits can feel that their health (parents and children) means something to this practice. Everything is absolutely spotless and modern as well. I would recommend LifeSmiles to anyone who wants their children to receive top notch dental care in a safe and comfortable environment."
