I’ve never had trouble getting ahold of Dr.Osman after hours with late night concerns, we are always accommodated for same day appointments and it’s overall a good experience every time. I recommend Dr. Osman to all my friends and family❤️"

"If I can give a zero star review I would. If you're a new parents and looking into a pediatrician, PLEASE READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Do not bring your child here. My daughter started walking at 16 months. 2 weeks into it, we noticed she was walking and almost limping. Yes, we expected her walk would be a little wobbly, but her limp was really pronounced on one side. I visited Dr. Osman on a Friday and brought up my concern. She made my daughter walk in the clinic for 15 seconds and stated to give her a few months and the abnormal walk would go away. That weekend, we kept noticing that her limp was really bad so we contacted Dr. Osman back on Monday (3 days later after our office visit). I spoke to Dr. Osman directly on the phone and told her my concern. I stated that yes we can monitor her but I would like to be pro-active and to get an X-ray. Dr. Osman was annoyed at my suggestion which was clear from her tone. Dr. Osman states " I cannot just order an x-ray for her. She would need to be seen by Ortho" Me: "ok. thats fine. Please write me a referral" Dr. Osman: " I am not going to write a referral. It takes too long to write one and it is a long process that takes 10 days. I would recommend you call the childens hospital around you and get in touch with their Orthopedic department and make an appointment. If they say they need a referral then I will write you one" I WAS ANGRY AND BAFFFLED AT HER RESPONSE. I am a medical provider as well. Any doctor can order an x-ray and to say that she did not want to write a referral is poor care. Referrals take not even one minute to write. I've done referrals myself so I know. I had no option but to contact Orthopedics myself and make an appointment. KEEP IN MIND. i AM A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER SO i KNEW EASY WAY TO DO THIS. ANYONE WHO IS NOT WILL FIND THIS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Found out my daughter has a dislocated left hip and will need surgery Dr. Osmans poor judgement, lack of care for a patient and clear lack of medical knowledge made a delay in diagnosis of my daughter. She refused to do her job as a physician (REFUSAL of simple request for x-ray and Referral). DO NOT GO TO HER. SHE DOES NOT CARE FOR PATIENTS WELL-BEING."

"Dr. Osman has been my kids doctor for over 11 years. I have switched before for a shorter drive, but no one added up to her. Her same day appointments make things easier, and her staff is always friendly. I feel so at home when I’m in her office. She’s very personable and she knows all of her patients. I live in Detroit and I still make my way to her office. Whenever she sees us, she knows exactly who we are. She is the best hands down."

"We have used Dr Osman since our daughter was born. We have been to family doctors and 1 other pediatrician. And ended up back with Dr Osman. From the begining she has been the best. Same day appointments and never having to wait is great. And the after hour calls i would make when my daughter was an infant would be answered promptly. I was reasured and treated with the up most respect."

"Dr. Osmond has been both the boys Dr. since birth. My first son was 10 weeks early and Dr. Osmond was recommended by the NICU Dr, and we have been pleased for the past 10+ years. She is great with the kids and seems to take a genuine interest in their lives and health. We usually get in the same day if sick and waiting times are usually minimal. She spends a lot of time in the room and will answer all your questions (she doesn't rush out of the room before you even have a chance to ask questions). I feel very comfortable with her caring for both the boys health and I trust her recommendations."
