"If I could put zero stars i would . first let’s start with my 3 month old caught rsv and they didn’t even test him for it they told me he just had a mild cold i had to take him somewhere else where they looked at him more thoroughly, which brings me to today I was running about 15 min behind schedule with a 4 month old i had called to see if that was okay or if i had to reschedule which i understood . i was told that wasn’t okay and i had to reschedule for a different day okay i get that so i asked sense i missed his appointment and i was starting him on cereal could a doctor call me when he has time to explain how to approach the change sense I wasn’t aware and i was told “that’s your fault you shouldn’t have missed your appointment “ i get it but things happen with a 4 month old and when your dealing w mothers that still have postpartum depression you should be more professional when speaking to someone ."

"The staff was nice and the facility was clean. The appointment took forever though. For an initial appointment (sibling appointment) that should've been no more than an hour, I was there for over 2. But overall a good experience."

"We are taking our daughter to Dr Dinesh Nayak from 3.5 years right from when she was born. Recently we also took our newborn son to him. He is very experienced and is very good with the babies. Unfortunately we are changing our kids pediatrician because of distance issue. Thought of leaving a review before doing that."

"I really wish I could give a higher rating as I love the doctors and clinical staff but the front desk staff are horrific. I have spent years working in dental offices and directly with patients and it was never acceptable to speak to people the way that the desk staff at this office speaks to them. Even when you are calling for something as simple as making an appointment, they are short, rude, pointed and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I pride myself on being easy to work with when it comes to medical office staff but the staff in this office are irritated and rude from the moment you walk in or the moment they say hello on the phone. I really hope the doctors or office manager address this because it’s giving their practice a bad name when in all reality the providers are great."
