"Just tried to take my kid in and was notified we've been kicked from the practice (seriously?). The old receptionist was one of the worst people I've had to deal with in costumer service; she and I had a disagreement- honestly I only remember apologizing to her, stating her attitude is what gave light to my attitude.. Also they billed in my 5yr olds name, I didn't think they could do that since he's a minor. There's one Dr there that we love, he's the only reason we stayed for the past few years. Guess we're headed to the walk in clinic in Howell- they're actually better in my opinion (price and time wise)."

"It was our first visit - a well check visit for 1 year age baby. Appointment time - 1.30. A nurse invited us in the room at 1.40 and asked to keep baby undressed. Doctor came at 2.40 and spent only 10 minutes with us. We was waiting for 1 hour, baby was very exhausted. It is crazy! Also, they added $20 for teeth checking in the bill (of course, nobody checked baby's teeth)"
