He is patient,kind, gentle, answers all my questions (whether they seem crazy or not), he offers suggestions if one way isn't working. He engages with my child as he is doing the tests that keeps my baby distracted. The other thing that I truly honestly love is the fact that Twice I have called in with a concern and it was addressed immediately, and I didn't have to wait a whole day to get feedback from him while I'm worried sick about my child. "He’s always great!! Such an amazing doctor!! He listens to my concerns and explains everything thoroughly. I had such a rough time with my oldest with his previous doctor when he was younger and would instantly cry when he seen his previous doctor. With Dr Galan its so different. He’s so nice and playful with the kids that everyone just feels so comfortable with him and I love that! My daughter gets excited every time we go to the doctor now even when it’s not for her. He’s an amazing doctor and so blessed that we have him!!"

"Dr.Galan is the one of the best pediatrician in the states. Before I had Dr Galan I had Dr Horvath and he was excellent. I was so sad to see him retire but most of all I was concerned about who was going to take over the care for my child. I questioned if they would be as good and knowledgeable as our previous MD. The 1st time visiting Dr. Galan my child wellness appointment turned into an emergency situation . My child has respiratory problems and on this particular day her oxygen levels were extremely lower than what the norm was. Dr. Galan handled everything very well. He explained every detail of the process. After being discharged from the hospital a few days later I received a call from Dr Galan. I was so surprised that he took time out of his busy schedule to call and talk to me personally to make sure we were okay, the medication was working, to see if I had any questions or concerns. In some cases like that ,most patients might get a follow up call from the nurse or medical assistant but not the actual MD. The fact that he did that made me feel like he was right there with us and he cares about the well-being of my child.Dr Galan is a wonderful person but a even better Doctor. He’s very knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. Even now when I call with a concern he make sure we get in to be seen , even if that means working later hours than usual, he put his patients 1st and treat them as a priority .I have to also give 5 stars to his nurse Amber! Amber has been our nurse for 6 years now(she was md Horvath nurse before me Galan) She is a angle from above. She always greet us with a welcoming smile. They both handle their patients with care and a sense of urgency. I appreciate all that Dr. Galan and nurse Amber does ,not only for me but for all their patients. We need more doctors and nurses like y’all in the field ❤️ You guys ROCK⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Doctor Galan is an amazing doctor. He’s always very professional, kind, and caring. He listens and asks very intelligent questions. He really cares about the kids. However, the receptions are very rude and lazy. The nurses aren’t the nicest. I was waiting for over an hour and a half to finally talk to someone to find out when my daughters next appointment was. No apology was given and she was very curt and rude. I have chosen the call back option before and I’m still waiting to get a call back over 10 months, 8 1/2 months, and 3 months ago. Dr. Galan is amazing, but everyone else is rude and subpar."
