"Dr Howard was our daughters first pediatrician. Being our first child, we had a lot of questions and just needed reassurance about some things. Every appointment always felt rushed, it felt questions weren’t really welcomed and were half answered. (I.e, I said my daughter was having tummy issues, she said it’s “probably something in your diet” since I’m breastfeeding. I asked her what it could be, she said “could be a lot of things, caffeine, vegetables, dairy, who knows”. My daughter continued to suffer from reflux and digestive issues and we were never really given any answers or help with it. It was a nightmare for us) she never really gave us full answers on things or was very helpful. Always left feeling uneasy. When our daughter got shots, the nurses were not very gentle or kind, and almost seemed annoyed by me wanting to comfort her through them. Not to mention the front desk is really horrible. They are pretty short and rude. And very unorganized. The last appointment we had needed to be rescheduled, which was fine, so we rescheduled with them at their convenience. Showed up at the rescheduled time/date and they told us Dr Howard could not see us that day… after it was the day THEY asked US to reschedule to. After this, we never went back. We switched to a different pediatrician at a different office and the difference is night and day. We are actually cared for and we have no issues making appointments there. Hope this office one day gets better!"
