"Dr. Pudlo has always been so kind to us. She listens and thoroughly answers any questions. She reviews our chart before she meets with us. And, she has a collaborative style that allows us to feel like she is a partner in our son’s health. Her bedside manner is wonderful, she is so gentle and engaging with our son, so that he can always feel comfortable. We have been to other doctors who did not bother to do this and were content with saying that our child was crying throughout the visit because that’s normal for his age. Of course it’s normal, but it helps when the physician puts on their kid gloves and tries to be comforting. Dr. Pudlo does this and we appreciate that so much."
