"We have been using Dr. Tack for years and she is great and the office is great, but I must say that we are very disappointed in the off site appointments and answering service you are using to take your calls. We should never have to wait over an hour on hold to speak with someone. This is not an isolated indecent and has happened multiple times this last year. The excuse we always get is they are just very busy. The reason for this review is because this has been brought to your offices attention before and still nothing has changed."
