"I’m still not sure how i feel about the office after our visit. My daughter is 2, and disabled. this was her first dentist visit. She was very excited playing with toys they offer in the waiting room, which was great. Taking her away from those toys obviously upset her- and i wasn’t really given time to calm her down. They got her a toy out of the toy bin to try and redirect her but it was not successful. I was not given time to even try to calm her down before i was told they won’t do anything besides rub flouride on her teeth because they believe in making the dentist a “pleasant experience.” Which i totally understand and can appreciate to a certain extent. My disabled toddler does not like the doctors office- any of them- because of what she has been through in her life. So what i’m collecting is i may just need to take her to a different dentist where they will allow me to hold her down and get the exam/ cleaning/ x-rays over with, because that is the reality of our life. Overall, the staff was very friendly but this office does not seem to be a good fit for our family."

"You all deserve zero stars. You should never ask about parenting due to a child not looking the same as the parent… just because the daughter is mixed doesn’t mean her mother couldn’t possibly be the mother due to color differences. Look up interracial relationships"

"DO NOT GO HERE! They asked racist questions to my sister about her daughter. Completely unacceptable. Also, they have mice and roaches. So, yeah."

"So we were running behind maybe ten minutes due to unexpected construction and driving from Kalamazoo. We called ahead twice and were told it “should be fine”. We got there and it ended up being 11 minutes past our time. I was given the wrong address to begin with apparently and was then promptly told my son could t be seen. We spent our last 40 dollars getting here and my son was in a lot of pain but they could obviously care less. Leslie and Brooke had no heart and were very rude. I would not recommend going here at all due to the lack of heart alone, but honestly they were just simply unprofessional. We talked for a while and on our way out they murmured something quite obviously vulgar. I’m very sad for my son and now have to find something else for him while he waits in pain. Next time please give correct information and stop waisting people’s time and money."
