"Feels like going to Santo Domingo every time I go in. Whether to buy hot food or shop in the grocery, they always have amazing food and selections. Im from Colombia and I've been to the DR. Such friendly staff and I high recommended their location"

"Poor customer service. The owner has a very bad attitude and is racist to those who aren't dominican. I wouldnt recommend their food to anyone thats interested in good high quality service and wants to he treated like with respect. Their snobby acting and the woman workers are very rude towards black men as if they already racial profile you as soon as you come in. I don't know if they think their better than black people or what but they need a reality check that their our tons of other food to eat in Lincoln park. MEXICAN restaurants in the area do not treat people like this place does I'd recommend going to LA Salsa or Panchos they know how to treat everyone the same."

"You walk in the place seeing young women outside playing around on their phones not attentive, acting like they’re not too interested to assist you. These were the circumstances each time I went in. The girls in there are more interested in getting back to their private party than actually working. I’ve been there multiples times and they’re out of basic things like a “chicken sandwich”. Their Futura platter made me want to throw it away it was burnt and the meat was tough as rocks. They need someone there also that can speak proper English you can only make out a bit and pieces of their conversation. These girls got the “I need a green card” personalities. I wouldn’t be surprised if none of them are citizens that understand good business ethics in the US. They have the “hurry up and buy” personality. It is possible they may treat their own kind better but they are in a city where there’s Black people, white people and Arabic people come into restaurants and expect proper service. None of the Mexican restaurants on Dix I been to act lazy and uninterested all of them work very very hard and they want your business and they give great food service. They need to learn from them."

"First timer, and I must say the food was delicious! I informed the nice woman behind the counter that some of the cuisine was new to me and I'll let her be my tour guide, and she took great care of me! Thank you, well definitely be back!!"
