"The shakes were good, the blasts were really good. The service was fast. I used their bathroom on my visit, Jan 10th, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for probably months. Seems like Sonics are in some kind of competition for most disgusting bathroom in the state. In my opinion, if their employees are not up to the task of cleaning them, and if the franchise owner doesn't want to hire an outside company to clean them, why the hell even have them? Seriously, just lock the bathroom doors if you can't keep them sanitary."
"I tried to tell them that these were raw. The entire pack was raw like this. Is it too much to say I’m sorry we will do better? I was just ignored. This is unacceptable. The way it was handled was also unacceptable not to mention rude. I’ll never go back."
