"Three different people walked up to the counter and pretended they were going to take my order, then just walked away instead. No greeting, no just a moment, nothing. It's also really, really dirty in there, gross floors gross tables... Choose somewhere else."

"The woman at the Drive through “Brianna” according to the receipt was very kind and respectful! A mistake was made with my order and she fixed it with no hesitation and even included a couple coupons. Thank you! You made my day. Whoever hired this young lady did not make a mistake."

"It's tacos so you kind of know what you are getting. Not gourmet dining, however the service at this particular spot has always been quick and super friendly. I never go inside so I couldn't tell you about the atmosphere."

"A large portion of my order was missing and I had to drive all the way back. I was told be the manager I would be refunded the missing items and they would be made free of charge for my troubles...they didn't. I was instead offered a coupon for a free taco... Yes a 89 cent taco is what they thought my time and gas was worth. What really bugs me about the whole interaction is the cashier stating "sorry, this has been happen all night". If you've known about it, then fix it!"

"Well since I was at Taco Bell it was clearly late night and the only thing open. So it was an expected long line, no big deal. I am very patient anyway. I had a bit of an issue getting all of my change, I ended up paying the price for Supreme tacos for just normal tacos, but the pop was good as always and my girl loved her Cinaballs or whatever they are. So overall experience was pretty much what one should expect I guess minus the issue with the change because that was a lot of money that if distracted enough was never coming back to me. I am probably not the person to listen to about taco bell because it's one of my last choices but I am a fan of them being open when no one else is. I'm very thankful for that."
