"My problem here is the fact when you call their office you're always put on an extremely long hold, as you wait to speak with someone. Also I've needed refills on medications to the point of being out, pharmacy sent requests, I've called to request refills all in vein. I literally had to drive up to their office in order to make sure my prescription got refilled!"
