"This place is alright for a quick visit but you can hear the patient in the next room and very clearly hear all of the medical staff outside of the door. I don't really want to post this here but I'm not sure who I would even contact that wouldn't be a staff member I heard tonight. This isn't the first time I've heard conversations that weren't my business but this was probably the worst. I'm not an easily offended person and as someone who has worked customer service and the medical field I absolutely get the need for humor - but I understand there is a time and place and the nurses station is not it. A mother called worried about her daughter because she thought maybe she had left a tampon in. A female nurse asked "What's that called again?" (crazy she didn't immediately think of toxic shock syndrome) A male staff member obnoxiously said "SCREWED!" and started to laugh alongside another male team member. The male then went on to say they'd have some late night imaging. He sounded really snarky and the whole conversation was not for me. It was pretty busy tonight, there was no way I was the only one who heard this. After a few minutes of banter that really wasn't my business, a woman picked up the phone and spoke with the mom. I also noticed the team members were delegating the patients in a way that was sort of like taking one for the team. I'm so sorry you hate your job but again that's not my business. I was just there for an influenza test and I was so uncomfortable by the time the NP walked into my room I wanted to run out. This was around 6pm - I was there until about 7pm."

"Nothing but smiles for miles! I sincerely cannot thank the staff enough! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt in good hands and very well taken care of! This is not the first time that I have been treated with absolute genuine care here. I’m not looking forward to getting hurt again, but in the event that I do, rest assured I will be in good hands! Thanks to the moon and back for all that you do!!! P.S. There was a radical Star Wars battle in the room in which I was being seen. My inner child felt very much at home! BRAVO! :)"

"I really needed to get seen. Nothing complicated just been sick for weeks and can’t hear out of my ear and terrible cough but I have no health insurance and asked them if they offer any type of payment plans and they said the bill will need to be paid in full the day of the visit… and they have a starting rate but the lady said they can charge more for whatever was done in the visit…. Don’t recommend if you do not have health insurance. When I did have health insurance i’ve went there with no issues obviously but apparently they couldn’t work with me…"

"Truly amazing staff. My partner and I were traveling through on a road trip when he hurt himself and was having very severe pain. After waiting for over an hour at emerge at the UP hospital we decided to go to this urgent care clinic instead. We were immediately brought into see the nurse and NP who were very understanding and quickly gave my partner the treatment/attention that he needed. We'd like acknowledge nurse Paige, NP Rachel and Becca at the front desk for their excellent care and service. I highly recommend this clinic should you need care in this area."
