"The office never calls back after you leave messages. Staff is friendly but service lacks a bit. Requested home care for my dad over a month ago and nothing was done. Then last week I reminded the staff that we desperately need home care again and still nothing was done until I put my foot down. Finally got supplies delivered but dad went into the hospital. This could have been prevented had he had home care caused by the negligence on the doctors part."
